  • Sun
  • Stars
  • Fireflies
  • Lightning

Artificial Sources (कृत्रिम स्रोत)

These are made by humans.

A shadow is formed when an opaque object blocks light.

A shadow:

  • Is always dark.
  • Changes size depending on the position of the light source.

  • Photography

What is Sound?

English

Sound is a form of energy that we can hear.

Sound is produced when an object vibrates.

हिन्दी

ध्वनि ऊर्जा का एक रूप है जिसे हम सुन सकते हैं।

ध्वनि किसी वस्तु के कंपन (Vibration) से उत्पन्न होती है।

Sources of Sound

  • Birds
  • Thunder
  • Waterfall
  • Wind

Artificial:

  • Bell
  • Drum

  • Do not play loud music.
  • Protect your ears.
  • Avoid unnecessary noise.
  • Speak politely.

Uses of Sound

  • Communication
  • Music
  • School bell
  • Alarm clock
  • Ambulance siren

What is Force?

English

Force is a push or a pull.

Force helps move or stop objects.

हिन्दी

बल (Force) किसी वस्तु को धक्का देना (Push) या खींचना (Pull) है।

बल वस्तुओं को चलाने या रोकने में सहायता करता है।

Types of Force

Push (धक्का)

Examples:

  • Closing a door
  • Pushing a trolley
  • Kicking a football

Pull (खींचना)

Examples:

  • Opening a drawer
  • Pulling a rope
  • Pulling a suitcase

Effects of Force

Force can:

  • Move an object.
  • Stop a moving object.
  • Change the direction of movement.
  • Change the speed of an object.
  • Change the shape of some objects.

Example:

Pressing clay changes its shape.
