Definition:

Multiplication is repeated addition.

👉 हिंदी:
एक ही संख्या को बार-बार जोड़ना गुणा कहलाता है

Example 1:

4 × 3 = 12
👉 4 + 4 + 4 = 12

Standard Algorithm (बड़ी संख्याओं का गुणा)

1. Commutative Property
   3 × 5 = 5 × 3
   👉 हिंदी: क्रम बदलने से उत्तर नहीं बदलता
2. Associative Property
   (2 × 3) × 4 = 2 × (3 × 4)
3. Identity Property
   7 × 1 = 7
4. Zero Property
   9 × 0 = 0

Definition:

Division means splitting into equal parts.

👉 हिंदी:
समान भागों में बाँटना

Example 1:

12 ÷ 3 = 4

👉 12 objects divided into 3 groups → each has 4

🧮 6. Long Division Method (लंबा भाग)

Example:
156 ÷ 4

👉 Answer = 39

👉 हिंदी:

• 15 ÷ 4 = 3
• नीचे 6 लाएँ
• 36 ÷ 4 = 9

👉 20 ÷ 5 = 4
