Description

Answer : If I could shrink and travel inside my lungs, I would see two big, pink, spongy bags that look like soft balloons. They are tucked safely behind my ribs in my chest. As I watch, the lungs grow bigger when I breathe in, filling up with air like a balloon getting ready to fly. The air brings oxygen, which is like a superpower that helps my body run, jump, and play. When I breathe out, the lungs shrink back, pushing out a gas called carbon dioxide that my body doesn’t need. Tiny tubes like straws carry the air in and out, and the lungs are always busy, working like a quiet team to keep me alive and strong!

Question: Imagine you could shrink and take a trip inside your lungs. Describe what you see and what your lungs are doing to help you breathe.
Activity Question

Why doesn’t your tongue get tired even though it works all day—talking, eating, and tasting?

Activity Response

Answer :  Because your tongue is a super muscle that never gets tired!
It’s always busy—licking ice cream, tasting yummy food, helping you say funny words like “bubble” and “banana”!
It hides inside your mouth and takes rest without anyone knowing.
Maybe it’s also having secret fun playing with your teeth when you’re not looking!
