Q. What is structural , behavioural and physiological adaptation?
Question:
How is a frog adapted to live both on land and in water?
Answer:
A frog is an amphibian, which means it can live both in water and on land. It has strong back legs with webbed feet that help it swim quickly in water and jump far on land. Its skin is smooth and moist, which helps it breathe through the skin when in water, besides using its lungs. The frog’s eyes and nose are on top of its head, so it can see and breathe while the rest of its body stays underwater. Its greenish-brown skin also helps it hide from predators by blending with plants. These adaptations help the frog survive in both habitats.
